Unlikely: Oxylite pro is a potent stimulant. It contains several potent stimulants, all of which can cause the symptoms you describe. However, it would be unusual to continue to suffer those symptoms for 2 months after one tablet. Assuming you do not take any other stimulants, you should see your physician asap.
