Neck pain: Would consider PT, massage, liftign techniques, Aleve (naproxen) if not allergic and or flexeril at night. Warm shower in AM, ice when home from work If lifting constantly consider breaks every 30 minutes for 1-2 minutes to shake out neck . may consider a few days of neck collar, sometimes at night it helps the neck from rolling all over f/u with doc /urgent care ..
