Maybe broke my elbow with a very minor fracture. I have full range of motion with no pain unless i press on the injury. Can this heal on its own?

Fracture: Without an x ray no one can tell you how it will heal. See your orthopedist for the answer.

Yes: Get an x-ray. A bad fall can certainly break a bone. Full range of motion doesn't rule it out.
