Many possibilities: These symptoms, even as a complex, are so non-specific that no diagnosis can be made without further info and a detailed physical exam. This could be anything from a viral illness affecting the middle ear to heaven knows what else. Go and be seen by your pcp and they can refer you elsewhere if necessary. Good luck.
