STD: Trichomoniasis is an std. The only way you can catch it is from having sex with someone who has it. Trichomonas testing is not normally done in men and male testing is not very reliable. One of you had sex with someone who had trich and then you acquired the infection. Antibiotics can easily treat this problem.
