Bradykinin is a: Peptide hormone playing a part in inflammation by increasing tissue permeability, dilation of arterioles and veins which increases blood flow to an area. This action is also important in blood pressure regulation. The kininogens are part of a complex biological process not easy to explain in 400 characters. Hope this helps.
