Allergic Reaction: Sounds like it's probably an allergic reaction to something you ate. An antihistamine like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) would be helpful if it is mild. If more severe you must call an ambulance and get to an emergency room asap. Please make note of all the things you ate and along with your doctor figure out what may have caused it. The next time it could be much worse.
