High milk consumptio: You are drinking too much milk. The calories alone of a gallon of milk is about 1100 calories. Are you overweight? If you are prediabetic you should watch your sugar intake (milk has lactose sugar), and control calories to keep your weight in good control.

Too many calories!: if you are prediabetic, definitely cut back on milk, it is simply way too many calories! Often big mild drinkers will also have an associated anemia, due to lack of dietary iron. Take a look at your overall diet, shoot for 8 glasses of water, 8 fruits and veggies a day, and 10k steps a day. think of these three thinks as your medicine. Two big glasses of milk ok.
