Weight gain: Only if you drink and eat more calories than you supposed to. It is usually recommended to ingest about 2000 calories a day. If you want to gain weight you should eat more calories and exercise more so you would be able to build muscle weight but no fat

Maybe: You might gain weight doing this, due to the calories in milk. The best way to gain weight, and to keep from gaining too much, is to eat a variety of healthy foods and exercise regularly. If you are unable to maintain a healthy weight, see your doctor. Good luck!
