See dentist: Your dentist will prescribe the most appropriate antibiotic for your infection. This will be determined by your symptoms, your medical history, and the particulars of your infection and your dentist will prescribe the best on for you.

Choosing Medicine: This is not how medicine or dentistry works. Antibiotics are for infections not for swelling. One chooses antibiotics, if an infection has occurred, based on the type of infection and any other data that narrows down the possibilities to treat correctly. It sounds like you need to be seen by a dentist soon.

Swollen gums: Antibiotics are for treating infections, not generalized swollen gums. See your dentist to determine the cause of your swollen gums and if it's a local infection, inflammation, periodontal disease, or something else. These situations need to be seen and evaluated on a personal basis. Trying to solve this with internet research will not work!
