Swollen gum: You need to see your dentist to get a proper diagnosis for the swollen gum. Is it a localized area or the entire mouth? Do not self-medicate without a correct diagnosis because you may make things even worse. That being said, i strongly urge you to see a dentist asap. I cannot give you advice on which medication to take when I have not seen your specific problem. Warm salt water rinses can help.

Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate): Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) (amoxicillin/ clavulanate) would be better than any of the 3 you listed. Note, if MRSA involved Clindamycin would be better.
