Saline nose drops/fl: All you can do is use saline nose drops followed by gentle suction and make sure the baby is eating and drinking well.If there is fever over 100.5f , give tylenol (acetaminophen) and if not getting better or cogh is worse and fever is high or baby not feeding well, get the baby checked by your pediatrician if there ia any concern call your pediatrician or let him/her check the baby.
