Iron work up : Atrial fibrillation chronically is difficult in the elder but common. See the doctor to build up her blood above anemia. Iron deficiency ... If possible see if EPO could be used. Sometimes as anemia is corrected then medication can be used. Remember surgery also works well but needs an optimized patient.
