hi, first off thanks taking time to answer our questions. when i bend over, i get a pain in my neck, feels like a muscle but only hurts when i bendover?

Neck strain: Your description sounds like you have a possible strain of your neck muscles and when you flex your neck by bending it, you are aggravating the area. Warm compresses may help and an anti-inflammatory medication like aleve (naproxen) or Ibuprofen if not allergic. If it persists, then it is recommended to seek medical attention for a face to face evaluation. Best wishes.
