Hi, i got this extreme pain in my chest under my neck this morning after having my first cup of coffee. not a muscle pain. but it hurts when i breathe. dont know what to do or what it could be?

Varies: There are multiple potential causes, but extreme chest pain needs to be urgently evaluated to rule out a cardiac cause as those can potentially be life threatening. Other causes can include gi causes like esophageal spasm, reflux, etc. again, it would be wise to be evaluated.
