Treatment..: This seem to be torticollis(severe spasm of neck muscle) and it may take a few days to heal. The immediate treatment recommended is icing the area and anti-inflammatory medication if you are not allergic( like ibuprofen). If it persists for a few days you might need to see your doctor for formal evaluation and possible physical therapy referral. If symptoms become severe go to the urgent care.
