Elementary watson: Take the antibiotics and then follow up with the doctor. Urologists are experts with scrotal pain. Besides an infection, causes include hernias, cancers, benign masses, inflammation, urinary tract infections, kidney stones and a lot more. Don't blow it off, take it seriously.
