Lo dose methotrexate: A severe headache could be a symptom of a life threatening infection such as meningitis, but if you are taking low dose Methotrexate for arthritis, or psoriasis, the chances of meningitis are virtually zero. None the less, you should discuss your headaches with your doctor.
