If your daughter is: An adolescent and has no other symptoms then acne is common in that age group and not a sign of sle. The rash of sle is not that of acne. Acne persists throughout adolescence for many children and is controlled not cured.

Unlikely: Pimples have nothing to do with either disease. Her chances of ever developing sle are extremely small.
