Doesn't make sense: In most cases this would not make much sense, although it could depend on 'why' and 'how' the hrt was being used. Estrogens such as in hrt are sometimes used in stimulation protocols with gonadotropins (such as gonal f, (follitropin alfa) ) an oral progestin would be an unlikely element of most protocols.
