Are fsh/estradiol norms laboratory dependent ? do patients with dor ovulate independent of meds?

Yes: Labs publish their values on the report.I always think the body rules independent of meds sometimes.

Somewhat and Yes ...: Fsh normal ranges vary a little from lab to lab but with modern tests the level should be under 10. Estradiol varies a little more, but should be under 80 pg/ml on day 2 or 3. Women with dor (diminished ovarian reserve) can still ovulate without medication, and can get pregnant without help, but egg quality is decreased as well as egg number. If you're 30 with diminished ovarian reserve see a rei.
