Blood sugar: These types of evaluations are always subtle. Blood pressure can fluctuate a great deal. Gen. Someone of your age should have a blood pressure under 120 /80. The blood sugar is definitely high. You should an a1 c blood test . There are many variations of what's considered diabetes or high sugar, that said anything over 110 -120 even after eating is abnormal in the strict sense. Need evaluation.
