Blood sugars vary: I presume since you're checking your blood sugar that you are diabetic. Blood sugars vary all the time. They peak after a meal, but then fall if you are not diabetic, or if your therapy is good. The important measure is the two hour after eating measurement and your levels are excellent! good work. And if you want tight control, i would urge you to check two hours and before your next meal.
