In January 2020 (from a lab) my HBA1C was 5.5%, fasting 82mg/dL, 2 hour after breakfast=78.(I am non diabetic) In June 2020 (different lab) HBA1C was 5.0%and blood sugar 2-3 hours of eating rice was 78. Is HBA1C vary in normal range? Please educate?

Fasting blood sugar was 110 this morning. Went to 88 half hour after juice for breakfast. Back up to 116 an hour after lunch. Is this a good range?
