Probably : Apple juice as is not as acidic as orange or other citric juices. Yes you can mix them in the same glass.

Liquid progesterone?: There is no standard replacement regimen (i am aware of) that uses liquid Progesterone drops, so it's hard for me to make a recommendation on mixing. Maybe if you said what medical condition the 'replacement' is for? The oral route (by mouth) is about the least efficient way to deliver doses of Progesterone (meaning you have to swallow a lot to get much delivered to the blood.).
