Cervical cancer: Usually if radiation or chemotherapy is been given, the cancer might be advanced already. Ct scan can show cancer beyond the cervix, affecting the uterine tissue and pelvic sidewall. It can say many things that would point that the cancer has spread. Look for cervical cancer staging in a search engine.
