(well, you could wait until monday if they've been there your whole life!) if no blood, then likely just a normal variation in 2-5% of people called "fissured tongue" that does not require treatment. Tongue anatomy: There are many anatomic variations that, in actuality, are quite normal. What you think are cuts may be normal fissures. Next time you see your Dentist have him/her discuss your tongue anatomy with you.
