Corn: The term you are using is usually referred to a callous found on the top of a toe joint. Youth ledsion sounds like what is termed an intractable plantar keratoma. Deriding the lesion and pressure reduction works as well as applying a topical medication like sal acid . See your podiatrist or proper assistance. Good luck.
