What will the er do if you are vomiting blood? like walk in( what priority r u) tests ect?

A work up: First your vital signs will be taken to see how sick you are. You will be asked questions regarding your history and alcohol use. Blood work will probably be done and an IV may be inserted. Based on how sick you are, you may receive medicine though the IV or fluids though the iv. In extreme cases you may require emergency consultation with a gastroenterologist who may perform endoscopy.
