Vomiting blood?: If you're vomiting blood, i urge you ask someone else to drive you to the er or call 911. Depending on the triage nurse's assessment, you will be seen as rapidly as possible.

If you are actively: Vomiting up significant amounts of blood - would encourage you to call 911 rather than driving yourself. Significant vomiting could prevent you from being attentive to driving. One could also lose consciousness from severe rapid blood loss. Now - if you just have little bits of blood mixed in with vomitus - that is a different thing.
