1 week after my 5yr old son presented with very large lymph nodes in his neck he just broke out with an angry splotchy rash all over. still no fever.

Doctor: Time to be examined by the pediatrician.The rash may be coincidence. But also may be an infection such as strep throat which may need antibiotics. There are a number of other infections that may cause these symptoms, but more information is needed.
