Bad versus Good: We do not use words like bad or good in medicine in general. Is something 'healthy' or not is the real question. I would think that regrets are going to be higher is you get a tattoo when drunk than when you are sober. The only other health concern would be alcohol makes blood thinner and you may bleed or bruise easier.
