Maybe a little: Airplanes are pressurized to a level of about 10, 000 feet, which means there is slightly less oxygen available, and we may be more sensitive to the effects of alcohol. This is not usually pronounced, and the usual 2-drink limit should not cause intoxication in any case. If you are drinking above your usual limit under reduced oxygen environment, it may cause problems.
