Neg test = not preg: If your pregnancy test is negative then you are not pregnant. If the pain is severe then schedule a visit to be seen and evaluated. Otherwise i see you that have pcos. Irregular periods are one of the symptoms of pcos.

You are not pregnant: Yes. Of course. Sharp pains tell me your period is likely getting ready or coming soon. One test is enough to tell you that you are not pregnant. Several tests all giving you the same answer tell you that yes, in fact, you are not pregnant.
