I've just stopped taking paroxetine. are there any herbal supplements that can help with depression and anxiety?

Yes but: Saint johns' worts have been used for depression but the effect is variable and not that powerful. If you don't want to take drugs, try doing more physical exercise on a regular basis. Mediation may also help anxiety. There are also other herbal products purported to calm one down but i don't believe they work that well.
