Advice: At 22 this is unlikely to be ovarian cancer though doctor likely took a full history and addressed any risk factors you may have. At that size can be watched with serial ultrasounds. Or if causing pain/interfering with quality of life, taken out laparoscopically. Most common cyst with this description is endometrioma.
