Unable to tell: There is no way to know without at least a biopsy of the tissue.

It can be: At 42 years of age, it is unlikely to have ovarian cancer, but not unheard of. Solid tumors can be fibromas of the ovary or possible other tumors of the stroma or germ cells from the ovary. It does need to be treated, probably with surgery.
