Yes: There are patients who suffer a ruptured brain aneurysm who go on to have a complete recovery or who have only minimal residual deficits.

Possible: The odds are difficult to predict once a cerebral aneurysm bleeds, but in general, not something you would want to take. Avms that bleed usually are not life threatening, but cerebral aneurysm rupture oftentimes is. Although a sizable proportion of patients with ruptured aneurysms do survive, many do not, or have significant neurologic disability as a result.
