Incomplete info: It is hard to make a diagnosis with only one information. The lung function is an interaction of several values and changes with medicine. Furthermore, the cause is not elucidated and treatment difficult to determine. Obesity alone can cause restrictive lung disease. We need more information, ask your doctor who has the infos.
