I recently had sinusitis but got cured with antibiotics. however, i still feel breathless and coughing with exertion. i want to find out if i have any lung disease. can a post nasal drip affect my spirometry results?

Since you have these symptoms it is best you consult a ENT specialist or a Pulmonologist. Your lack of oxygen from these conditions will affect your spirometer readings.
