Possible PCOS: Pcos is a diagnosis of exclusion by ruling out other possibilites, which it sounds like was performed. With symptoms of annovulation (irregular periods) and hyperandrogenism (hirsutism) it can be diagnosed. You do not have to have biochemical evidence (blood work) or cysts on you ovaries for diagnosis.
