Yesterday, i had sonography to check for goitre and it came negative but i have all the symptoms of goitre. thoughts?

Goiter: A goiter is an enlarged thyroid. It is usually diagnosed by physical exam, although not all doctors are good at examining a thyroid. An enlarged thyroid usually has no symptoms, unless it is producing too much or too little hormone. If you blood tests are normal, it sounds like your thyroid is normal.
