New Job/Stress mgmnt: The easiest recommendation is to find a new job. If you need to stay on a job, set small, attainable goals, identify things you can/cannot control. Create a "recharging routine" when you come home from work-- bath, shower, mediation, relaxation. I would recommend talking to a mental health professional or check if your job has employee assistance program (eap) as a benefit.

Dread: Are there problems with your work environment that can be corrected? Have you considering therapy to help you with your responses to your job? Or - is your job truly toxic? If the answer is the latter, consider change in employment.
