Diabetes risk: There is a self-scoring risk assessment form published in annals of internal medicine, development and validation of a patient self-assessment score for diabetes risk, ann intern med. 2009;151:775-783. The ada also has a nice online assessment at: http://www.Diabetes.Org/diabetes-basics/prevention/diabetes-risk-test/ remember that diabetes is entirely preventable with exercise & diet with bmi<30.

Need more info: It is more about your lifestyle. If you get enough cardiovascular exercise and eat well you will minimize any chance you have of getting it. You can't change your genetics but you can change your lifestyle and that is the biggest factor.
