Not much: You don't have much of a choice since there are no at home cements that you can use to rebond the bracket. Please make the visit a priority on your life, since your teeth can shift and prolong your treatment.

Probably nothing: If it is not bothering you. If you are wearing elastics, stop, until you can get the bracket re-attached.

Remove it: Temporarily for your own comfort, but you will need to see an orthodontist in the next few weeks. If you say you 'can't' do that, you likely need to re-evaluate what other things are being prioritized ahead of this and figure out a way you can.

Not much: Braces come loose most often from abuse, eating hard/sticky/chewed foods, or from traumatic occlusion. If you are wearing rubber bands, stop. Call Orthodontist for repair visit. Keep area as clean as possible.
