Multiple sclerosis & epilepsy, are there any natural cures?

Simply, NONE: Regarding epilepsy, we need to prevent seizures, and the only tools are medications, vns unit, and/or surgery when appropriate. Regarding ms, we can enhance medication success by supplementing vitamin d-3, following a low salt, low fat diet, and doing aerobic exercise, but disease modification is best achieved by using potent medications as the best intervention by far.

MS / epilepsy: I am not aware of any natural cures for either epilepsy or MS. Some people try special dieting for each of these, but the diets conflict, and they do not help people on a large scale. I am not aware there is any cure for either of these conditions. There are medical treatments which sometimes result in good prevention and few side effects. These treatments are not perfect.
