Autoimune regulation: Increasing evidence points to the common link of failure of the auto immune system and progressive systemic disease in people who were otherwise healthy at birth. No such item: But of interest, dietary measures seem to help both disorders. Regarding ms, which is very different from diabetes, key is a potent disease modifying med, such as tysabri (natalizumab) or gilenya. Would recommend in addition, aerobic exercise, vitamin d-3 supplements, and low fat, low salt diet. (my internal medicine colleagues can do far better answers for diabetes).
