Please describe the natural cure for diabetes and multiple sclerosis?

Autoimune regulation: Increasing evidence points to the common link of failure of the auto immune system and progressive systemic disease in people who were otherwise healthy at birth. The immune systems can be overwhelmed by toxic exposures, food allergies, physical and mental stress, infectious disease, intestinal dysbiosis and lack of sufficient nutrients to generate the reserves we need to keep the body healthy.

No such item: But of interest, dietary measures seem to help both disorders. Regarding ms, which is very different from diabetes, key is a potent disease modifying med, such as tysabri (natalizumab) or gilenya. Would recommend in addition, aerobic exercise, vitamin d-3 supplements, and low fat, low salt diet. (my internal medicine colleagues can do far better answers for diabetes).
