Go see your doctor: If you have persistent symptoms, you should get an examination by your doctor. If he/she suspects a tumor a ct scan of the abdomen can easily show a tumor or lack of it. Other tests can guide hi/her to the diagnosis. But it takes all your detailed information for the doctor to make a diagnosis.
