Many reasons: Reason for lack of weight loss are many. Common reasons include: high intake of processed starch and sugar, lack of lean protein, vegetables and fiber in your diet, lack of adequate exercise. If none of those pertains to you, then low thyroid function, adrenal dysfunction, stomach problems, diabetes are some of the reasons behind weight gain. I suggest seeing doctor for thorough evaluation.
