Why do you ask?: Michael phelps is probably the greatest athlete of all time, and abraham lincoln the greatest statesman of all time. Nobody ever said either was handsome. Looking good is 95% physical fitness. Being liked is 95% what you can do and how you treat others. If you have a visible birth defect, cosmetic surgery is appropriate. But even hollywood leads vary tremendously in their looks. Enjoy being you.
